LIVO PPWR
PPWR has applied across the EU since 12 August 2026, with obligations phasing in over time.
The challenge is not collecting packaging data once. It is keeping data, obligations and evidence connected and up to date as products, packaging and markets change.

01 · Start faster
LiveStart with the files you already have instead of reshaping everything first. LIVO reads the structure, asks when it is unsure and remembers the format. The preview shows what will change before anything is saved, and re-imports update instead of duplicating. Export works the same way, so your data is never locked in.
02 · Stay in control
LiveSee what is complete, missing, expired or still open, per product and per market, with obligations mapped out to 2040. Evidence carries an expiry date; when it expires, it stops counting on its own. Less checking by hand, and fewer surprises when a customer asks.
03 · Share the work
LiveSend a prefilled request from your own mailbox: a secure link to the supplier portal, or a prefilled Excel per supplier. In the portal, suppliers see what you already know and fill in only the gaps; their answers come back as proposals for you to review and confirm. In an Excel, a supplier can also change known values; you import that file yourself and LIVO flags changed known values as tasks.
04 · One maintained source
LiveKeep packaging data, evidence and status together, so changes are easier to manage. Generate the declaration of conformity and the technical documentation from the same maintained source, with an append-only attestation trail behind it. Entering, confirming and signing are separate rights, held by the people you designate.

Supplier round
You send the request; LIVO prepares it. In the portal, suppliers fill in only the gaps and every answer comes back as a proposal for your review. A returned Excel you import yourself, even where known values were changed.
1 · Prefilled request
LIVO prepares a request per supplier with everything you already know filled in.
2 · You send it
A secure link or a prefilled Excel, sent from your own mailbox. LIVO does not e-mail your suppliers for you.
3 · Supplier fills in
In the portal only what is missing, with plain-language explanations of each field. In an Excel, the supplier can also adjust known values.
4 · Proposed updates
Portal answers land as proposals that you review and confirm. A completed Excel you import yourself; changed known values are flagged as tasks.

PPWR assigns obligations by role, per product and per market. These questions help you see where you stand.
Own-brand manufacturers
Your name on the box makes you the manufacturer. Is the file per product ready to stand behind, with the evidence to back it?
Importers
Packaging you bring into the EU is yours to answer for. Do you have the supplier data and proof for every product you import?

Only your own brands and imports count; what you resell does not. Do you know which of your products that is, per market?
